That’s not what will be done.

So the plan is:

Intervals: 8 x 4 mins

19:10-20:30

Springfield Road (Clubhouse)

Workout
8 x 4 mins (2 mins rest)
Total Time: 32 mins
Pace: 10 seconds / mile quicker than 5k pace
Route: Springfield Road
